Large brush fire in Superstition Mountains caused by lightning

Fire crews are currently battling a large brush fire in the Superstition Mountains.
Tonto National Forest officials say the Sawtooth Fire is currently 3,500 acres and is 5 percent contained.
Officials say 105 firefighters and overhead support responded to the lightning caused fire.
“While this fire is in the same area as last year’s Woodbury Fire, it is too early to determine its future size and intensity,” said Mesa District Ranger Matthew Lane.Tonto NF✔@TontoForest
