Suspect outstanding after shooting, victimizing individual close 43rd Ave and Baselina
Phoenix police are looking for a suspect who purportedly shot and ransacked a man close 43rd Road and Pattern Street.
Officials say they responded to a call of a theft at around 5 p.m. Monday evening. After arranging to meet up to buy a phone, the suspect shot at the victim and stole his money.
Authorities say the victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect took off before officers arrived on scene. Officers say they are working to gather a suspect description.
Phoenix police ask that anyone with information, call police or Silent Witness, 480-WITNESS.
