Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey answers questions on state’s coronavirus response
Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey held a press conference Thursday afternoon and answered questions about the state’s coronavirus response.
In large, Ducey said Arizona is staying the course and did not announce any major changes to the state’s response. He continued to urge people to wear masks and socially distance, while saying that he sees positives in the state’s latest COVID-19 data.
Ducey did not give any more guidance to when and how schools will resume and reopen safely but said more guidance would be coming in the future. He also said that an update on gyms, bars and other services that have been closed would come next week.
